Cecile Pauline Kennedy, 90, of the Frederick Mennonite Community, and formerly of North Wales, died October 10, 2009. She was the widow of Albert Kennedy. Born in Tabor City, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Rozier Listen and Beulah F. (Watts) Stephens.
She was employed in the offices of Leeds and Northrop Company of North Wales and then DataCard-Gem Plus of Montgomeryville, until retiring at age 80. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lansdale.
Surviving are a son, Albert Kennedy, and his wife, Carol, of Schwenksville; a daughter, Frances, wife of Donald Mayall, of Pennsburg; a brother, Elton Stephens, and his wife, Carolyn, of Wadesboro, North Carolina; four grandchildren: Christina, Stephen, Neil, and Pamela; and great-granddaughters: Rachel and Alexis. Sons, Gerald and John, and grandson, John Mayall, predeceased her.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave., Lansdale. Interment is in the church cemetery.
