Ruth Ann (Scanlon) Casey

Ruth Ann (Scanlon) Casey, 93, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Chandler Hall in Newtown. She was the loving wife of the late Paul R. Casey, Sr., MD, who died on Feb. 12, 2004.

Mrs. Casey is survived by five sons: Joseph T. Casey (Veronica) of Glenside, Paul R. Casey, Jr., MD (Kathleen) of Gwynedd Valley, Kevin P. Casey, MD of Scranton, Gary M. Casey (Lynn) of Hamlin, and Brian Casey (Shirley) of Hudson, New Hampshire; three daughters: Patricia A. Walker (James) of Coopersburg, Karen P. Beilman (Michael) of Hawley, and Ruthann Cloman (Kyle) of Yardley; 24 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 8320 Brookside Rd., Elkins Park, PA 19027, with Reverend Raymond Himsworth officiating.
