Anne M. Rogers
Anne M. Rogers, 50, formerly of Red Hill and Duke Center, PA, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2013, at the residence of her mother after a seven-year battle with cancer.
Born June 22, 1962 in Olean, she was a daughter of William and Kathryn Dennis Schwab.
Anne attended Upper Perkiomen High School in Pennsburg. She had resided in East Greenville and Duke Center before moving to Eldred in 2010.
Mrs. Rogers was employed by Redner’s Warehouse Market in Red Hill for over 20 years. She was later employed by Buchanan Brothers Pharmacy in Eldred for the past two years. She was a member of the Duke Center United Methodist Church.
Anne loved being with her children and grandchildren as they were her life.
Surviving is her mother, Kathryn Schwab of Duke Center; two sons, Patrick (Paige) Rogers Jr. of Boyertown, and Steven (Elizabeth) Rogers of Topton; two daughters, Jessica (Matthew) Heayn of Hatfield, and Kelly Knight of Eldred; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Jeffery (Kim) Schwab of Duke Center and William (Melisa) Schwab of Titusville; one sister Lori (Donald) Henderson of Hazen. She was preceded in death by her father, William Schwab, in 2005.
Funeral services were held in Duke Center. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, the McKean County VNA and Hospice or a charity of the donor’s choice.
