Peter R. Korszniak

Peter R. Korszniak, 77, of Perkiomenville, died January 15, 2013 after a long illness. He was born in Trooper on June 14, 1935 to Peter and Mary (Keegan) Korszniak. He was the husband of the late
Virginia L. (Frederick) Korszniak, who died last August.

He worked as a line foreman for Philadelphia Electric for over 30 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Pennsburg.

He is survived by daughters: Debra Judson of Eustis, FL, Dianne, wife of Roy Francis of Casselberry, FL; sons: Peter L. and his wife Gail, of Red Hill, and a stepson: Richard Cassey, and his wife Linda, of Trooper; a step daughter, Faith, wife of Bob Schlegel, of Douglassville; a sister: Eileen, wife of James Pallente, of Collegeville; and five step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Bernadette Friedman.
A memorial service was held on Monday at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Pennsburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to his church. Visit his “Book of Memories” at
