Jacob David Hoffman

Jacob David Hoffman passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest.

Gone yet not forgotten, although we are apart,

Your spirit lives within us, forever in our hearts.

Born on Friday, January 11, 2013, he was the son of Ashley E. Hoffman of Pennsburg.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his maternal grandparents, David and Wendy Hoffman, Jr. of Pennsburg; maternal great-grandparents, Virginia and Curtis Brobst of Wind Gap; paternal great-grandparents, David Hoffman, Sr. and his companion, Tracey Green, of Orefield, and Debra and Richard Kulp of Pennsburg; Paternal great-great-grandparents, Erma Kulp of Pennsburg; Catherine Hoffman of Macungie; and William and Tessie Winkler of Florida; Uncle David Hoffman, III of Pennsburg and many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins. Jacob was predeceased by a maternal great-grandfather, Kenneth Sterner; maternal great, great-grandparents, Howard and Isabel Sterner and two paternal great, great-grandfathers, Walter Kulp and Edward Hoffman.

A celebration of life service will be held 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2013 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, Inc., 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041 with the Rev. Charles E. Romanowski officiating. Burial will be private in St. Mark’s Lutheran cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a time of gathering from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
