Stella (Dudyk) Cias, 85, widow of Stanley Joseph “Joe” Cias, Sr., of Perkiomenville, died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at her home.

One of 16 children and born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late John and Sophie (Melnyk) Dudyk.

She was a lifelong member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church and the altar and rosary society.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her seven children: Kathleen Henry and husband, Richard J., Sr., of East Greenville, Joanne Shaw, widow of Michael V. of Morton, Rosemarie Moyer, and husband, William, of Hewitt, Texas, Stanley J. Cias, Jr. and partner, Basil Hernandez, of Granada Hills, California, Patricia Moyer and husband, Robin C., of Stowe, Barbara J. Tim and husband, John, of Perkiomenville; and Stephen J. Cias and companion, Sandra Ruhl, of Ashfield, Massachusetts; sister Sophie Lonaberger, of Florida; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by 14 brothers and sisters.

A funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg with the Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Burial follows in Holy Cross Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. at the church.
