JAMES C. COMFORT
2011-07-20

James C. Comfort, 75, of Souderton, died July 18, 2011. He was the loving husband of the late Rose (Kemp) Comfort.

Born in Lansdale, he was the son of the late Cyril and Dorothy (Schillow) Comfort.

James worked for the former BF Goodrich in Oaks for 33 years and then was a machinist for Central Sprinkler in Lansdale for 14 years. He was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.

He is survived by his sister, Dorothy Evans, of Delaware, and brother in law, James Kemp, of East Greenville.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Frieden’s Union Cemetery, 1011 Church Road, Sumneytown.

Contributions may be made to Frieden’s United Church of Christ, PO Box 268, Sumneytown, PA 18084.
