     By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2013-03529 issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pa., to me directed will be sold at Public Sale on WEDNESDAY, June 26, 2013 At 1:00 o’clock p.m., prevailing time, in Court Room "A" at the Court House, in Borough of Norristown, said County the following described Real Estate:
