NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Chapter 27, Section 2209 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Hanover Township Municipal Building, 2943 N. Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania,19525 on the application of:
MAGICO, L.P., 3625 Welsh Road, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, 19090 for a Special Exception under Part 7, Section 702.3.V of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to construct and install a potable water production well, pumping station building, and associated piping, to serve the proposed B2 performance standard subdivision of Kingston Hill II consisting of 21 detached dwellings, 171 townhouse dwellings and 108 multiplex dwellings. The Special Exception is sought for the property located between Rhoads Road, Buchert Road and Jane Lane consisting of 60.27 acres and is located in an R-15 Zoning District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
