LEGALNOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Hanover Township,Montgomery County,Pennsylvania, will,onMarch12,2013at7:00p.m.at theUpperHanoverTownshipMunicipalBuilding,1704PillsburyRoad,conductapublic hearingandwillconsiderenactmentofOrdinance2013-02whichestablishes arecycling program.
TheOrdinance willestablish rulesgoverning theseparation ofrecyclablematerialsand leafwaste,andthecollectionandprocessingthereof;governtheownershipofrecyclable materials; establish rules governing recyclable haulers/collectors, establish rules regarding thehoursoftransportation, transferringanddeliveringofrecyclablematerials; requireall eventsheldwithinthetownshiptoprovideforthecollectionofrecyclable materials; allow for community activities recycling; prohibit littering; provide for enforcementandestablishremediesforviolations oftheOrdinance;andallowtheBoard ofSupervisorstoadoptrulesandregulationspertainingthereto.
