BOROUGH OF EAST GREENVILLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of East Greenville will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at 7:30 o’clock P.M. at the Borough Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania, to consider the application of Barbara Leister Hansell, 538 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania, for a special exception or variance from the terms of the East Greenville Zoning Ordinance. The property in question is owned by the applicant and is located at 536 Main Street in the Borough of East Greenville. The proposal of the applicant is to alter the existing building structure so as to create one additional living unit for a total of three (3) living units. The application is necessary because a three-unit dwelling is not a permitted use in the R-2 Medium Density Residential District.
