By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 10-14538 issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pa., to me directed will be sold at Public Sale on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 1:00 o’clock P.M., prevailing time, in Court Room “A” at the Court House, in the Borough of Norristown, said County the following described Real Estate:
ALL that certain unit in the property known, named and identified as Spring Mount Condominium, located in the Township of Lower Frederick, County of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania, which has heretofore been submitted to the provision of the Uniform Condominium Act 69 PA. CS. 3101 et seq. by the recording in the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds of a Declaration dated January 24, 2007 and recorded January 25, 2007 in Deed Book 5632 page 2954 being and designated as Unit No. 1 together with a proportionate undivided interest in the Common Elements (as defined in such Declaration) of 1/7 percent.
