SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2011-28310 issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pa., to me directed will be sold at Public Sale on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 1:00 o’clock P.M., prevailing time, in Court Room “A” at the Court House, in the Borough of Norristown, said County the following described Real Estate:

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land with the buildings and hereditaments thereon erected, situate in the Borough of Red Hill, County of Montgomery and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point a corner in the intersection of the centerline of Washington Street (thirty-six feet wide) with the centerline of 8^th Street (thirty-six feet wide); thence along said centerline of Washington Street, South seventeen degrees fifteen minutes East one hundred fifteen feet to a point a corner in line of land now or late of Charles B. Miller; thence by the same South seventy-two degrees forty-five minutes West two hundred feet to a point a corner in the centerline of Bitting Alley (twenty feet wide); thence along the said centerline of Bitting Alley, North seventeen degrees fifteen minutes West one hundred fifteen feet to a point a corner in the intersection of the centerline of Bitting Alley with the centerline of 8^th Street; thence along the said centerline of 8^th Street North seventy-two degrees forty-five minutes East two hundred feet to the place of beginning.

EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREOUT AND THEREFROM a certain ten feet by one hundred fifteen feet piece of ground being a portion of the bed of Bitting Alley.

BEING 800 Washington Street.

BEING PARCEL NUMBER 17-00-01153-00-9.

BEING the same premises which RITI, a Limited Partnership, by deed dated June 2, 2000, and recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for the County of Montgomery, at Norristown, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book No. 5319, page 798, granted and conveyed unto Allen Fink and Suzanne Fink, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties in fee.

The improvements thereon are: buildings and hereditaments thereon erected.

Seized and taken in execution as the property of: Allen Fink and Suzanne Fink.

And to be sold by Eileen Whalon Behr, Sheriff.

DOWN MONEY: A deposit of ten (10%) percent of the Price Bid or $3,000.00 dollars, whichever amount is greater, shall be required to be paid in cash, or certified check to the Sheriff as down money on each property purchased,
