LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Chapter 27, Section 2113 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Hanover Township Municipal Building, 2943 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, 19525 on the application of:

FREDDIE M. & PATRICIA L. CARROLL, 407 Layfield Road, Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania, 18074 for: (1) an Appeal to the New Hanover Township Zoning Officer’s determination that the Applicants installed a swimming pool closer than twelve feet (12') to a property line in violation of Part 3, Section 27-305.J.B10(5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended; and, in the alternative, (2) a Variance from Part 3, Section 27-305.J.B10(5) of the Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to allow the installation of a residential swimming pool and associated improvements within twelve feet (12') of a property line. The relief is sought for the property located at 407 Layfield Road, Perkiomenville, New Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in an R-2M Zoning District, and contains 43,264 square feet (+/-).

All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
