LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Chapter 27, Section 2209 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Hanover Township Municipal Building, 2943 N. Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania,19525 on the application of:
DENNIS J. CARL, 2325 Little Road, Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania, 18074 for a Variance from Section 27-305.FF.1 to permit a setback from the road of fifty feet (50') where seventy-five feet (75') is required; a Variance from Section 27-305-FF.3 to permit portions of a non-conforming fence, which is eight foot (8') in height; a Variance from Section 27-305-FF.4 to permit outdoor storage to within fifteen feet (15') of a property line where fifty feet (50') is required; a Variance from Section 27-1606 from yard buffering requirements to within ten feet (10') where thirty-five feet (35') is required; a Variance from Section 27-1003.2 to permit two-tenths percent (.2%) open space where thirty percent (30%) open space is required; and a Variance from Section 27-1602.B.2 to permit a building envelope of seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet where fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet is required. The Variances are sought for the property located at 2104 Colflesh Road, Perkiomenville, New Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and is located in an LI- Light Industrial District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
