LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Chapter 27, Section 2209 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Hanover Township Municipal Building, 2943 N. Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania,19525 on the application of:
RONALD and SUSAN REITNAUER, 2954 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, 19525 for a Variance from Part 6, Section 27-603.2 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to permit a garage addition measuring fourteen feet by fourteen feet (14' x 14') to within ten feet (10') of the property line. The Variance is sought for the property located at 2954 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, New Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and is located in an R-25 Residential District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
