NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 16, 2012, the Petition of Matthew J. Lopacinski was filed with the above-named Court, praying for a Decree to change his name from MATTHEW JOSEPH LOPACINSKI to MATTHEW JOSEPH RADCLIFFE.
The court has fixed Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. before Judege Bernard A. Moore in Courtroom “A” of the Montgomery County Courthouse, Norristown, Pennsylvania, as the time and place for a hearing of the said Petition, when and where all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they may have, why the prayer of the said Petitioner should not be granted.
