By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2012-13733 issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pa., to me directed, will be sold at Public Sale on Wednesday, 11/28/2012 at 1:00 P.M., prevailing time, in Court Room “A” at the Court House, in the Borough of Norristown, said County the following described Real Estate:

All that certain brick messuage, and lot of land situated on the South side of Third Street in the Borough of East Greenville, County aforesaid, (being house numbered no. 220 Third Street, bounded and described as follows, to wit:

Beginning at a point in the center line of Third Street and in the line of land of Hiram G. Kehl; thence along the center line of said Third Street North 64 degrees and ¼ , East 40 feet, to a point in said street, and land of Hilton Y.
