By virtue of a Writ of Execution No. 2009-42233 issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pa., to me directed will be sold at Public Sale on WEDNESDAY, November 28, 2012 at 1:00 o’clock P.M., prevailing time, in Court Room “A” at the Court House, in the Borough of Norristown, said County the following described Real Estate:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PIECE OF GROUND, SITUATE IN THE TOWNSHIP OF LOWER FREDERICK, COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY AND COMMONWEALTH OF PA, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO A PLAN OF “ALPINE VILLAGE” MADE FOR BERMAN DEVELOPMENT CORP., BY BURSICH ASSOC., CONSULTING ENGINEERS, DATED 5/13/1987 AND LAST REVISED 2/10/1992 AND RECORDED 6/10/1992 IN PLAN BOOK A-53 PAGE 291.
