EAST GREENVILLE RESOLUTION

TAKE NOTICE THAT A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF EAST GREENVILLE ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT PROVISIONS OF ACT 44 OF 2009 will be presented for passage at the meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of East Greenville to be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at 7:30 PM in Borough Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania. A copy of the full proposed text of this Resolution is available to the public and may be read in the Office of the Borough Secretary, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, PA during regular business hours.
