The New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board issued a decision dated August 23, 2012 with respect to certain zoning relief requested by Vist Bank in connection with the above referenced property.
It is my determination that Vist Bank is permitted to proceed with the B2 Performance Standard Development under Section 27-305.2.B(3) of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, titled Village House. The property must be developed in accordance with the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance and the relief granted by the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board. The current proposed plan is available for examination at the Township building, 2943 N. Charlotte St., Gilbertsville, PA between 8:30am & 4:40pm weekdays.
