RED HILL BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD
Notice is hereby given of a hearing before the Red Hill Borough Zoning Hearing Board on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 6:30 p.m at the Red Hill Borough Municipal Building, 56 W. Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania, on the application of the Gary and Lori Horning, 311 Stonehaven Drive, Red Hill, Pennsylvania, 18076 for a Variance pursuant to Section 27-307(6) of the Red Hill Borough Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to permit the expansion of a roofed front porch to within thirty-six feet (36') of the front yard setback where forty feet (40') is required. The subject property is located at 311 Stonehaven Drive, being identified as Tax Parcel No. 17-00-00992-40-4, Red Hill, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and is located in an R1 - Residential Zoning District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board and will be heard at the above date, time and place for the hearing. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
