PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of East Greenville will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at 7:30 o’clock PM at the Borough Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania, to consider the application of Anthony W. Wheeler, 314 East 6^th Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania, for a special exception or variance from the terms of the East Greenville Zoning Ordinance. The property that is the subject of the application is 314 East 6^th Street in the Borough of East Greenville. The request of the applicant is to construct a 2-car detached garage. The garage will be located so as to provide a six foot (6’) sideyard setback. The application is necessary because a sideyard setback of at least ten feet (10’) is required under Section 95-171 of the Zoning Ordinance.

All persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
