NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of East Greenville will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at 7:30 o’clock PM at the Borough Hall, 206 Main Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania, to consider the application of Anthony W. Wheeler, 314 East 6th Street, East Greenville, Pennsylvania, for a special exception or variance from the terms of the East Greenville Zoning Ordinance. The property that is the subject of the application is 314 East 6th Street in the Borough of East Greenville. The request of the applicant is to construct a 2-car detached garage. The garage will be located so as to provide a six foot (6’) sideyard setback. The application is necessary because a sideyard setback of at least ten feet (10’) is required under Section 95-171 of the Zoning Ordinance.
