THE GRANTEES FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE GRANTEES, THEIR HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, BY THE ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDATION OF THIS INDENTURE, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS INDENTURE IS SUBJECT IN EVERY RESPECT TO THE AFORESAID DECLARATION AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS THERETO, THE RULES AND REGULATIONS PROMUGATED THEREUNDER, ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EACH AND EVERY PROVISION THEREOF IS ESSENTIAL TO THE SUCCESSFUL OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ACORN HILLS RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND IS IN THE BEST INTEREST AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL OWNERS OF LOTS THEREON, AND COVENANT AGREE, AS A COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND, TO ABIDE BY EACH AND EVERY PROVISION OF THE AFORESAID DECLARATION AS THE SAME MAY BE AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED FROME TIME TO TIME.
