LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Article XVIII, Section 1807 of the Pennsburg Borough Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the Pennsburg Borough Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Pennsburg Borough Hall, 6th and Dotts Streets, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania on the application of:
CHARLES L. REINFORD, JR., 948 Main Street, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, 18073 for a Variance from Article IX, Section 902.1 of the Pennsburg Borough Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to permit the construction of an addition to the existing home to within one and one-half feet (1.5') of the existing side yard where a six foot (6') setback is required. The Variance is sought for the property located at 948 Main Street, Pennsburg Borough, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and is located in an RC-Residential Commercial District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
