In accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection regulations, Section 71.53(d)(6) of PA Code, Title 25, Act 537, Lower Frederick Township is accepting comments for the next thirty (30) days on the proposed adoption of a Revision to the Official Township (ACT 537) Sewage Facilities Plan.  The Plan Revision involves the Sambrick Subdivision a proposed 3-lot residential subdivision on 10 acres.  The property is located at 106 Alexander Drive.  This publication of public notice is required due to the required resolution of a conflict between the proposed alternative and consistency requirements contained in PADEP Chapter 71.21(a)(5)(i).
 
The following conflicts were identified as part of the plan revision: 1. a high probability that significant archeological resources are located in the project area as determined by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC); Documentation of the resolution of this conflict is included in the proposed plan revision in the Component 2, 4A, and 4B.   
 
All comments must be submitted to the Township in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice.  A copy of the proposed Plan Revision is available for review during normal business hours at the Township Building, 53 Spring Mount Rd.
