NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Chapter 27, Section 2113 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, of a hearing before the New Hanover Township Zoning Hearing Board on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at the New Hanover Township Municipal Building, 2943 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, 19525 on the application of:

for a Variance from Part 6, Section 603.2 of the New Hanover Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to allow the construction of a single-family dwelling and driveway on a corner lot with only one (1) forty-foot setback, where two (2) forty-foot (40') setbacks are required. The requested relief would provide one forty foot (40') front yard setback along Rosenberry Road and one thirty foot (30') setback along Holly Drive. The Variance is sought for the property located at 2224 Holly Drive, Gilbertsville, New Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in an R-25 Residential District.
All citizens and interested persons may appear before the Zoning Hearing Board at the above date, time and place for the hearing and will be heard. The Zoning Hearing Board reserves the right to consider such other matters and to conduct such other business as may properly come before it.
