NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Hereford Township Board of Supervisors, Berks County, PA at the Municipal Building or by mail to PO Box 225, Hereford, PA  18056, until 8:00 AM prevailing time, on April 14, 2014 for the following:  
 
500 Tons 2A Aggregate
1,800 Tons 9.5mm Superpave
4,000 Tons 2RC
500 Tons 19mm Superpave
500 Tons #3 
80 Tons UPM Cold Patch
500 Tons R4 Rip Rap 
700 Tons Type II Anti-Skid
500 Tons Driving Surface Aggregate
7,000 Gallons Diesel Fuel
 
Bids will be opened on April 14, 2014 at approximately 8:15 A.M. prevailing time in the Municipal Building on Seisholtzville Road.  Proposals must be on a form provided by the township and can be picked up Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday between 7:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. and on Wednesdays from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Township Office located at 3131 Seisholtzville Road. Copies can also be obtained by mail if the bidder provides the envelope and postage by calling the Hereford Township Building at (610) 845-2929.  Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
