RED HILL BOROUGH
Notice is hereby given that the Red Hill Borough Council, at its public meeting on December 11, 2013 at 6:30 P.M. at the Red Hill Borough Hall, 56 West Fourth Street, Red Hil,Pennsylvania 18076, could vote to adopt an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Red Hill, Pa. Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Chapter 27 (Zoning), Part 6 (Signs), Section 27-601 (Scope and Applicability), Subsection 3 (Exempt Signs), to add a new Paragraph J to exempt regional and Borough wayfinding signage from the provisions of Sections 27-602 through 26-606; and amending Chapter 27 (Zoning), Part 6 (Signs), to add a new Section 26-603 titled “Regional and Borough Wayfinding Signage.”
Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Borough Offices, 56 West Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania 18076 where a copy of the proposed Ordinance may be obtained at a charge not greater than the cost thereof; the offices of the Town and Country, 2508 Kutztown Road, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania 18073 and the Montgomery County Law Library, Court House, Norristown, Pennsylvania during normal business hours.
