PUBLIC NOTICE SECOND NOTICE AFTER ADOPTION
Please take notice that the Borough Council of the Borough of Red Hill adopted Ordinance No. 2013-499 entitled “Ordinance Amending and Restating Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and Amending and Restating Stormwater Management Ordinance’ at its public meeting on July 10, 2013, amending the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Red Hill, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Chapter 22 (Subdivision and Land Development), by deleting the existing Chapter 22 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Chapter 22 entitled “Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance”; and amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 19 (Signs) by deleting the existing Chapter 19 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Chapter 19 entitled “Stormwater Management Ordinance.”
Consistent with the provisions of 53 P.S. ss 10108, as amended, this notice is the first of two publications, to be published once each week for two successive weeks, intended to provide notification that Ordinance No. 2013-499 has been adopted and that any person claiming a right to challenge the validity of Ordinance No. 2013-499 based upon an alleged defect in the procedure of adoption must bring a legal action within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of the second notice.
Copies of the Ordinance are available for public inspection at the Borough Offices, 56 West Fourth Street, Red Hill, Pennsylvania 18076 where a copy of the Ordinance may be obtained at a charge not greater than the cost thereof, the offices of The Town & Country, 2508 Kutztown Road, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania 18073 and the Montgomery County Law Library, Court House, Norristown, Pennsylvania during normal business hours.
